My son and I are Christian, responsible, and pretty laid back. No drugs and no drinking.
I can help with funishings if needed. It includes most all utilities like water, internet, and trash. You provide your rent, food, personals, and own transportation. We have one dog, an austrialian shepherd puppy. He is very friendly. Rent is 450 to 500 monthly with deposit. If it helps, can break deposit into 2 payments. Will not hold however without deposit down.
